We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please have all phones and devices set to silent or turned off and put away for the ceremony. We will be sharing our photos from our amazing photographer as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you wish!

We absolutely love your children, however, we have chosen to have a kid free wedding unless specifically noted on your invitation. Please reach out if this is not doable for you!

Yes! There is plenty of parking available. If you do not want to drive Uber and Lyft are also great options. There will also be a bus transportation option (see next FAQ).

There will be two first come first serve buses seating 56 people each that will take passengers from the Downtown Hotels to Dove Ridge Vineyard at 4:00pm and back to the hotel at 10:30pm. Please note on your RSVP if you would like to be on the bus and we will notify you with availability.

Absolutely & please do!! Just uber/drive to the bus pick up and drop off location (the hotels) and catch the bus to the venue and back!

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. Please respect our wishes and RSVP accordingly with no surprise guests! If there are any questions please reach out!

You should be able to get from the airport (DFW) to the hotel and to the venue easily by Uber or Lyft. If you would like the freedom to explore while you are in Fort Worth, getting a rental car might be your best option.

Our wedding attire is semi-formal. Suits and cocktail attire is appropriate. Our groomsmen will be in USAF Mess Dress, and we welcome you to wear yours as well if you would like. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception is indoor/outdoor.

September-October in Texas is still warm during the day with a high around 84 degrees and at night it gets to be a low of 65 degrees.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time.

Yes! If you plan on leaving your car overnight, leave it towards the fence in the parking lot and pick it up the next morning between 8am -and noon.
