What is the weather like?

Late September in Italy, is still going to be warm. The average temperature for that time of year is about 75 degrees during the day and low 60s at night. Where the wedding will be on the mountain is still breezy.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our evening. Remember, you will be on the Amalfi Coast, be sure to go all out and be bold in the endless photo opportunities throughout your trip. Below are some colors we think would look great with our venue! Ladies! Please refrain from wearing any light colors like ivory, cream or champagne!

Can I bring a +1 not noted on my invitation?

We have addressed the invitations to the people who we would love to come. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Children welcome?

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate extra guests. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to have a night for yourselves and enjoy the night with us!

Should I rent a car?

The Amalfi Coast is known for its beautiful coastline peering out into the Salerno Gulf on the Tyrrhenian Sea. The roads along the mountainous coast are quite narrow and winding. It is NOT recommended for the faint of heart. There is also not an abundance of parking in Ravello, so we recommend leaving the driving to the Italians!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The Catholic Ceremony will be held at San Giovanni del Toro Church just past the Town Square. From there it is a short walk to Villa Eva for the aperitif, followed by dinner and dancing.

How do we get around?

Upon arrival, taking a private transfer via mini bus or taxi will be the easiest way to get to Ravello. Once you are there, walking is main source of transportation. There are beautiful alleyways, buildings, stores, and sights that are best enjoyed on foot.

What clothing should I pack?

Pack light as lugging around a large suitcase will be less than ideal. Be sure to pack comfortable shoes and make sure your dress shoes can stand some walking. The beautiful old city features cobblestone and uneven pavement and stairs.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

On your invitation we will include space for you to indicate any restrictions/allergies. If you suddenly develop an allergy after sending back the invitation, let us know as soon as possible so we can inform the venue.
