If you book 4 nights or more transportation is included. Less than 4 nights it is an additional charge. We do recommend booking though the resort (you dont have to) but it is usually cheaper and probably safer.

**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BOOK YOUR RETURN RIDE BACK TO THE AIRPORT RIGHT WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO THE RESORT (MIN 48 HRS BEFORE YOU LEAVE) THE RESORT IS VERY STRICT AND WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS IF YOU FORGOT TO DO THIS AND YOU WILL BE STUCK PAYING FOR A TAXI!!!!

There will be a desk in or near the lobby to do this. We advise doing this the same day you check in so then its done.

Rooms must be booked at 60 days before the wedding. Anything after will make it hard for the resort to adjust accordingly. The sooner you book your rooms the better the rates.

Group cancellation policy.

- Memberships with 10 or more reservations for the same hotel and same dates or overlapping 3 or more nights, will be considered a group.

- The cancellation of one or all reservations made within 90 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty fee of 100% on the total paid.

- The cancellation of one or all reservations made 91 days or more prior to arrival will incur a penalty fee of $100 per reservation.

- No changes are allowed within 90 days prior to arrival.
