If you haven't been there before, we recommend going to Tokyo Disney Sea! Anyway, it was a hot and humid day on July 29, 2024 around 8:45 when the rope dropped. Stella and James were already sweating from the humidity as they rushed into the park, eager to escape the long lines. James had an idea of proposing at a planetarium at Disney Sea, while Stella was hyper-competitive and focused on getting a ride. (You probably know how competitive she is already!)

When they arrived at “Fortress Explorations,” where the planetarium is located, James was captivated by the enchanting harp music wafting from the first floor and a stunning painting called “Illusion.” (We found out later it had an earthquake and a war going on in the painting!)

In that magical moment, he dropped to one knee, box in hand, and asked Stella to marry him. Of course, James wasn't nervous at all with the sweat coming down and shaking! Stella’s initial reaction was a surprised, “Uhh, ummmm thank you!” before she finally exclaimed, “Yes!” after catching her breath. Disney truly is a place where magic happens!
