We've reserved a discounted room block at the downtown Olympia DoubleTree Hilton hotel, which you can access by clicking here or calling and mentioning the Layton/Buettler wedding. This location will also be the pick-up/drop-off point for a round trip shuttle bus to the wedding festivities on Saturday (which will be available to all guests regardless of lodging).

The room discount will be available until early July.

It's about an hour drive from Sea-Tac to downtown Olympia, so unfortunately a rideshare might be expensive. The Flix Bus runs 3 or 4 times daily between Sea-Tac and downtown Olympia at Plum Street and is a cheap alternative.

SHUTTLE BUS TO THE CEREMONY

Rignall Hall is about 25 minutes from downtown Olympia. For those who do not wish to drive, we will be providing a roundtrip yellow school bus on the wedding day that picks up at 4:45pm and at the downtown Olympia DoubleTree (415 Capitol Way) and drops you off again at the end of the night.

CAN'T I JUST CALL AN UBER?

You may have luck getting a Lyft or Uber to the wedding venue, but please note that you will not be able to get one on the way back. It’s rural!

PARKING

If you are planning to drive, there is street and grass parking near Rignall Hall, and also along the road between the hall and the reception. Keep an eye out for signage, as certain areas will be off-limits or reserved for wedding vendors.

SPEAKING OF THE RECEPTION...

Our reception is a short walk down the road at the home of Mark Layton. If you would rather ride than walk, our friend (thanks Harrison!) will be driving a shuttle vehicle between locations after cocktail hour and then again at the end of the night (to get you back to your car or to the return school bus).
