Granby Ranch is a 5000 acre property with a golf course and ski resort onsite. The main lodge is centrally located and easily accessible to all of your guests.

Guests are recommended to use VACASA, Airbnb, VRBO for condo/houses nearest Granby Ranch.

Base camp one at Granby Ranch is the closest option and a few feet from the venue.

There are many other options between 10-20 min walk/ less than 1 min drive.

Once booked, guests will send an email to group.reservations@vacasa.com with the Subject Line: Granby Ranch Referral Group / Property / Dates / Confirmation Code. Once the email is received, the group code and discount will be applied and an email confirmation will be issued. For bookings made on vacasa.com, within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be processed and the difference will be reimbursed at the time of the rate adjustment. Group discount is not applicable to reservations booked through a third party - i.e. Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, Hotels.com, AirBnB etc. Kindly note that some homes may not be available for Group stays or Discounts. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Room Rental, taxes, fees and incidentals will be the responsibility of individual guests. PAYMENT POLICY: All Vacasa-booked reservations must be paid in full upon booking. For reservations booked outside of 45 days from arrival and whose rent is $500 or more, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. The guest calling in to make a payment MUST be the cardholder. CANCELLATION POLICY: For any new reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel 30 or more days before check-in, you can receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date are 100% non-refundable. Note: The 24-hour refund option doesn’t apply if you book your stay the day before check-in. Reservations cannot be cancelled for a full refund on the day of check-in. (Optional) Trip Protection - Travel insurance can help protect you against the unexpected. The insurance we offer includes coverage for trip cancellation or interruption due to listed covered reasons, and additional benefits (such as for losses caused by travel delays or medical emergencies during your trip). Please ask your representative to let you know what that amount will be. Things to know: ● Set up an account on vacasa.com and download the Vacasa APP. This will allow you to review and manage all stay details. ● Manage credit card payments in the APP or online account ● Each reservation will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement. ● Check-in instructions will be emailed on the day of arrival as long as the Rental Agreement has been signed and your reservation has been paid in full. ● We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX THANK YOU
