The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. If you are running late and the ceremony has begun, we ask that you please wait until the entire bridal party has walked down the aisle before you quietly find a seat.

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. We are having a dressy casual/semi-formal event. Use this as a chance to dress up a little and wear what makes you feel good!

For wedding guests, there is parking on both sides of the streets in front of Havisham House (Main & Walnut Streets). Across the road, you are also welcome to park in the gravel lot at Walker Funeral Home. (Please note, there is no long-term parking beside the event pavilion. This is for drop-off & pick-up only.)

We will be providing an open bar until we reach our designated price limit. After that, a cash bar will be available. We ask that everyone drink responsibly and have a plan for a safe ride home after the celebration.

Due to Illinois liquor laws, absolutely NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is allowed. We will have a certified bartender and full bar with plenty of drinks. If guests bring outside liquor, we risk having our entire wedding and reception shut down immediately. Please don't ruin our special day!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly. The reception will take place indoors in a climate controlled pavilion.

We ask that all guests please RSVP by August 10, 2024. You may RSVP on this website or by texting, calling, or messaging Stephanie or Dwayne.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate for all of our guests to bring their children due to limited seating. Please only bring your children if they are specifically listed on the invitation/RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding! If you are unable to find a babysitter, please reach out to Dwayne or Stephanie and we will check our numbers to see if there is space for your children to attend.

While we would love for everyone to be able to bring a guest, it is unfortunately not possible due to the venue's size restrictions. If your invitation says "and guest" we have included a guest for you in our numbers.

Although we would love to see your photos, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment. We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture all of those priceless moments. Feel free to take as many photos as you would like at the reception!

We have booked a wonderful caterer and are excited for you to enjoy the delicious dinner we have planned.
