12pm - Welcome! - Campers arrive and get checked in to their tents or RV's

All week/end snacks, water, board games, etc. will be provided Location: Clubhouse

6pm - BBQ on the ranch! Feel free to come by the ranch if you are staying off site- if you are on the ranch then dinner will be served! Location: BBQ Pit next to the Clubhouse

Friday -

6am - 8am - DOVE HUNT! - Legal light is 6:30am so we'll want to be out on the field and ready to shoot by 6:20am. Guns, ammo, and bucket seats provided. All you'll need is something comfortable and preferably camouflage to wear. Location : Sunflower field by ranch entrance - Transportation: walking distance from camp grounds

7am - 11am BREAKFAST served by Mr. Nice Guys food truck Location: Clubhouse

9am - 12pm - SPORTING CLAYS with licensed shooting professionals to guide you! Location: Ranch Barn - golf carts provided from camp grounds

11am - 4pm LUNCH - Mr. Nice Guys Food Truck Location: Clubhouse

1pm - 3pm - EJ's REDNECK RANCH TOURS! Hop on the trailer to explore the beautiful ranch! Wear: Cover up from bugs! Wear long sleeves (cover up), long pants, socks, and bug spray Location: Pick up at Clubhouse 5pm - Anyone NOT in the rehearsal or rehearsal dinner is welcome to head into town to explore the restaurants and nightlife that Tulsa has to offer Drop off at Fasslers Hall

5pm - REHEARSAL STARTS for those in the wedding ceremony Location: The Mound at Valley Park Transportation: provided to ceremony site from Clubhouse

7:00pm- Rehearsal Dinner Location: Cry Baby Bridge Transportation: provided from Clubhouse

10pm - After dinner fire pit party :) Location: Fire pit next to Clubhouse

11pm - All Bridesmaids head to COTTAGE HOUSE for the night!

Saturday -

7am - 11am BREAKFAST served my Mr. Nice Guys food truck and snacks by the Clubhouse Location: Clubhouse

10am - 2pm SHARP - Optional BUS transportation to GILCREASE MUSEUM https://gilcrease.org

This museum is the largest and most comprehensive collection of American West and Native American art. It has an great restaurant with beautiful views of Tulsa. It's a great experience, but if museums aren't for you then there are delicious restaurants and bars 10-15 minutes away. Just make sure you're back at the museum parking lot for transportation back to the ranch by 2pm sharp!

6:30pm - 12pm CHOATE- OPPENHEIMER WEDDING! Location: The Mound at Valley Park Sports Complex

Transportation: provided from all locations

12am - AFTER PARTY at Valley Park Clubhouse! Transportation will be provided to clubhouse or to the hotels if you wish to get some rest before the musical festivities of tomorrow!

Sunday-

11am - Buses arrive and music begins!

Bloody Mary / Mimosa bar / Food trucks/ and fun awaits you! Just come out of your RV or tent and the party will be there!

Monday-

ALL GUESTS MUST LEAVE BY 10am

TWO AIRPORT TRANSPORTS WILL BE AVAILABLE
