TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE

Friday, September 7th - Ceremony Rehearsal

For those attending the ceremony rehearsal, please be at ceremony site at 4:45PM

- If you are staying at a host hotel, please Uber to Valley Park Sports Complex

- If you are staying on the camp grounds, you will be driven via tractor and trailer over to the rehearsal site

Friday, September 7th - Rehearsal Dinner

A bus will arrive at the front entrance to the following accommodations at the times listed below. Transportation will be provided back to your accommodations following the Rehearsal Dinner.

5:45 PM - Ambassador Hotel

6:00 PM - Towneplace Suites

6:15 PM - Hampton Inn & Suites

6:40 PM - Valley Park Sports Complex

Friday, September 7th - Fassler Hall [for those NOT attending Rehearsal]

If you are not attending neither the Rehearsal nor the Rehearsal Dinner,

please enjoy an evening exploring the night life Tulsa has to offer! There

will be one bus there and back at the following times - so don’t miss it!

4:45 PM - Clubhouse at Valley Park

9:15 PM - Fassler Hall to return to Valley Park

Saturday, September 8th - Gilcrease Museum

If you would like to visit the museum with the largest and most comprehensive collection of American West and Native American art - now is your chance! There will be one bus there and back at the following times - if museums are not your thing, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Just be sure you arrive by to Gilcrease Museum for the 1:45 PM departure!

9:45 AM - Clubhouse at Valley Park

1:45 PM - Gilcrease Museum to return to Valley Park

Saturday, September 8th - Wedding Party and Family

If you are a part of the wedding party or the immediate family, the bride

and groom would like you to join them for pictures preceding the

ceremony and reception. There will be one bus there and back at the

following times - so don’t miss it!!

3:45 PM - Clubhouse at Valley Park

5:45 PM - Pecandarosa Ranch to return to Valley Park for ceremony and reception

Saturday, September 8th - Ceremony/Reception

A bus will arrive at the front entrance to the following accommodations at the times listed below. Transportation will be provided back to your accommodations throughout the evening and at conclusion of the reception. For those staying on the camp grounds, there is transportation available if you would like to do minimal walking!

5:15 PM - Ambassador Hotel

5:30 PM - Hampton Inn & Suites

5:40 PM - Towneplace Suites

5:45 PM - Valley Park Sports Complex

Sunday, September 9th - Music Festival

If you are ready to get the party started as early as 10:30 AM, great! If you partied too hard the night before and rather not start till afternoon hits, that is just fine too! The buses will run to and from their designated accommodation all day long so you can come and go as you please. These buses will pick up at the host hotel on every half-past (10:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30AM, etc.) and will leave the festival location on the hour (11:00AM, 12:00PM, 1:00PM, etc.).

Sunday, September 9th - Airport

If you must leave the party early to catch a flight, no worries! We will have a bus running to and from the Tulsa Airport and the camp grounds every hour. This buses will pick up at the festival every half-past (10:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30AM, etc.) and will leave the festival location on the hour (11:00AM, 12:00PM, 1:00PM, etc.).

Monday, September 10th - Airport

Hate the feeling of heading back to reality? Me too. To make it a little better, there will be TWO buses available to take you to the Tulsa Airport from the camp grounds.
