Our wedding has a cocktail attire dress code. Please consider dresses, suits with ties, or sports coats when selecting your outfit for the celebration.

To ensure a timely start to the celebration, we kindly suggest arriving at the wedding venue by 5:00 pm. This will allow ample time for everyone to be comfortably seated before the ceremony starts at 5:30 pm.

Retro Suites Hotel offers complimentary parking located at the West end of the buildings.

Regrettably, due to budget constraints and a carefully managed guest list, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones. Our celebration operates on an RSVP-only basis, and we can only accommodate those individuals specifically named on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The ceremony and reception will occur indoors both in the Derby Event Room within the Retro Suites Hotel.

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds will spend some time together for photos. Guests are invited to remain in the Derby Event Room, where canapés and beverages will be served, and the celebration can begin!

Following the ceremony, enjoy a delightful selection of canapés and hors d'oeuvres served all evening, along with an open bar. Join us in toasting our nuptials with a curated assortment of wine, beer, and signature cocktails. As the evening progresses, indulge in a late-night food station for an added culinary treat.
