Time of arrival should be no later than 4pm. Doors will close at 4:15pm. Because of sunset we will be starting promptly on time. If you are late you will have to wait outside until ceremony is completely over.

While we love children, unless noted on your invitation and RSVP form, we kindly ask you to make other arrangements for your children.

Please go based only on names listed on your invitation. This wedding will be a small intimate wedding with less than 100 people.

Christmas Winter Wonderland! Wedding colors are red, white & silver. Dress code is cocktail & western. You can wear any color. Starched jeans are okay. (Austin)

Yes- Open bar! There will be a His & Hers cocktail (Whiskey/ Gin) along with Dos XX & Wine. ** You are allowed to BYOB but you must give it to Austin Friday before the wedding. Hired bar staff must serve it to you.

As of now plan for an outside ceremony and the reception will be inside. If things change we will let everyone know. * There will be fire pits on site for smores! :)

We encourage everyone to get home safely. If you must leave your vehicle, please pick up next day at 10AM to avoid next day event. *Vehicles left will incur charges and towing from venue.
