Parking directly at the venue is not available for guests. All guests must park at the prearranged lot located at The Hustead School House Farm Market 3600 Hustead Rd. Springfield, OH 45502. A free shuttle service provided by the venue will be available to guests throughout the night.

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. A tent will be used for the reception. The venue does not have any paved areas so please wear shoes that will be comfortable and appropriate to wear on grass.

We ask that you wear semi-formal or dressy attire. Our wedding colors are very romantic and nature- inspired, including burgundy, mulberry, rose, hunter green, and espresso. If you'd like to dress in our colors, we'd be delighted, but it is not at all required.

Although we'd love to have everyone celebrating with us, we are limited to a certain amount of guests. If you have been granted a plus-one, they will be listed on your invitation. We have also decided that our wedding will be an adults-only occasion. We hope this advanced notice means you will be able to relax and share in our special day.

We'll be serving appetizers at cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner with meat and vegetarian options. We'll also have plenty of desserts!

Yes, we will have beer, wine, seltzer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages available.

Gifts are not at all expected- your presence alone is cherished, but if you'd like to contribute to our new adventure, a monetary gift would be greatly appreciated. We also have a few other items listed in the "Registry" tab of this website if you'd prefer to give a physical gift.

Please arrive by 4pm. With the ceremony starting at 4:30pm, we want to ensure everyone has time to be shuttled to the venue and get settled.

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. We are asking that all phones/devices be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day, and we would hate for their photos to have phones in them. We will have a moment during the ceremony for you to take photos, so keep an ear open for that moment.
