We are happy that you made it to our story page! In this section, you will explore more insight into who we are and how we met. Like most modern love stories, we met online through a mutual friend. We are both nerds, and our love for Dungeons and Dragons blossomed into a two-year friendship, allowing us to share more of our favorite hobbies. We learned that we enjoy traveling, eating good food, playing tabletop games, being nerdy, and spending time with family and friends. While these are but a few of the hobbies we share, what has brought us together is our unconditional love and commitment to one another and future families.

Born in the Czech Republic and also being a twin, Jacob's family relocated to California to begin their new lives and to be closer to their American family. Then, on the other side of the USA, on a tiny island called Puerto Rico, I (Steph) was born. Most of my youth consisted of relocating to new states ( my step-father was in the Army at the time), allowing me the experience of making many friends before settling in Florida. I then welcomed my beautiful baby girl named Keira in 2022, who also enjoys having a great time with family. Currently, her favorite pastime is mimicking everything she hears, coloring, and singing.

As for who we are, Jacob's outgoing, adventurous, calming, yet determined personality complements my (Steph's) reserved, homely, family, adventurous, and ambivert personality. Outside of character, Jacob is a veteran and has served in the Marines for four years, and before that, he accomplished his AA degree in Performing Arts. As for myself, I have recently graduated with a Master of Science in Health Administration. My passion for healthcare consists of working in it for over ten years, and I look forward to expanding my knowledge in my new career path.

Moving into 2024, we are also excited to spend more time getting to know each other's families. We will make several trips: one to California over the holidays, another to California for an April wedding, and a trip to Puerto Rico in June.

Most importantly, we are ecstatic to share our special day with people we love dearly. November 2024 will mark two years of us being together, and what better way to make it official than to tie the knot? We look forward to celebrating our union with close family and friends.
