Raleigh-Durham International airport (RDU) is the closest airport to Cary, NC. The airport is around a 20 minute drive to both the hotel and venue.

The wedding day attire is semi-formal.

Parking is allowed in the Upchurch's main parking lot. Parking along Robert's Road and across the street from the venue is not allowed and will result in towing. All cars left over night need to be picked up by 10AM the next morning.

Yes! We are hoping to have the ceremony outside (pending weather). Guests will also have the option to enjoy cocktail outside on the porches of the main house. Both the main house and the carriage house are air-conditioned.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to the ceremony.

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all on the same property.

We've arranged for a bus to pickup guests after the reception at 10:30PM. The shuttle will stop at the Courtyard Marriott and then have a second stop at PBR for the afterparty. There is NO shuttle for guests coming from the hotel to the ceremony in the afternoon. Guests can find a rideshare through Uber/ Lyft or drive to the venue (refer to the parking FAQ for details).
