Yes, please provide us with the amount of under-age kiddos you're bringing to help us save on bar expenses!

We will have an open bar with wine, beer and liquor. Please bring cash if you would like to tip the bartenders.

Our ceremony is outdoors, our reception is an indoor/outdoor venue. Cocktail hour will be partially outside. Dinner will be served at tables in doors and the dance floor will be indoors, but the outdoor section will still be open to guests.

We are currently (2/20/24) working with the venue to set up hotel blocks. We will also put up nearby hotels in case you wish to stay elsewhere.

There is some parking available near the reception. We will be providing golf cart rides to get to/from the ceremony to/from the reception, otherwise, it's a short 3-5 minute walk with 7-8 hotels within a few miles.

Absolutely! Many of the RSVP cards mention how many seats have been reserved on your behalf, we tried to catch all of the plus ones ahead of time! If your card does not account for a plus one and you would like one, please reach out to Matt or Stephanie ASAP; those numbers are not set in stone, they're just guides for us while we plan with our venue.

Please let us know ASAP, this website had a weird setup for the guest list and plus one's had to have a full name attached at the creation. We included a question in the RSVP process but we seem to have to manually add plus ones.
