Join us at a local dive bar to kick off the celebration! We'll have classic dive bar food and drinks—think comfort food and cold beers—plus indoor and outdoor seating. The dress code is smart casual, but the bride and groom are using this as an excuse to dress up, so feel free to join in if you'd like. We can’t wait to kick the wedding weekend off with you!

To keep things easy (and scenic!), all guests will take a shuttle to the venue, as there is no parking on-site. Our shuttle service, Black Mountain Limousine, will pick up guests from the top level of the Vail Village Transportation Center at 3:30 PM. Each shuttle holds 14 passengers, so please be on time so you don’t miss the ride—we want everyone there to celebrate with us! If you’re staying in Lionshead or Vail Village, you’re in luck! You can catch the free in-town bus to the transportation center, making it even easier to join us. Our ceremony will be held outdoors—rain or shine! After the ceremony, shuttles will take guests to the reception to keep the celebration going. We’ll start with cocktails and light bites outdoors, then head inside for dinner, drinks, and dancing—basically, all the good stuff. Come ready to eat, sip, and hit the dance floor!
