When should I RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by Friday, August 23rd.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the intimacy of our wedding, we will not be extending invites for plus ones unless otherwise specified on your invitation.
Can I bring my kids?
While we adore all of the children in our lives, we have decided to opt for an adult-only affair. We hope you can understand our decision and we recommend checking out Care.com for reliable babysitters in the area. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is Cocktail. We kindly ask that our guests do not wear denim and use this as an opportunity to get dressed up for the night! For the men; think a sportcoat, a nice button-up shirt, and pants or trousers. A suit will not be required, but you are more than welcome to wear one! For the ladies; think a midi or maxi dress, a suit, or even a fun jumpsuit! If you need some additional advice on how to dress for this dress code, feel free to visit this link. https://www.theknot.com/content/cocktail-wedding-attire
Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?
Yes! We’ll be providing shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue, as there is no parking available on-site. Black Mountain Limousine will pick up guests from the top level of the Vail Village Transportation Center at 3:30 PM. Each shuttle holds 14 passengers, so to ensure a smooth arrival, please try to be on time—if you miss the last shuttle, you’ll need to find your own way to the venue.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception has both indoor & outdoor spaces, so please plan to bring a warmer layer!
What will the weather be like?
The weather in Vail in October can be variable. This means you may have a high of 65 - 70 with clear skies, or there could be a high of 40 - 50 with rain and snow. We highly recommend checking the weather the day before you leave and packing extra layers just in case! Rain jackets & puffy coats are always a great thing to have on hand.
Do you have a wedding registry?
We do have a registry; however, we know many of our friends and family will be traveling to celebrate with us, and that can be a big expense. So, the only gift we truly ask for is your presence! For those who would like to give a gift, you can find our online registry or bring a card—there will be a box at the reception for cards as well.
I have more questions about the wedding, who can I contact?
Please contact the bride or groom with any additional questions you may have about the wedding.
