Bride: I first met Ray when we lived in the same apartment complex in Sandy Springs, GA. I remember walking up the steps to my apartment and I looked over to the field right next to my unit. I saw a super cute man throwing a ball for his super cute dog. I went inside, dropped my stuff & went right back outside. I introduced myself to Ray and his beautiful dog Maggie and we talked for quite a while. Soon after our initial meeting, we stayed in contact and became really good friends. After a while it became apparent that we started having feelings for each other. We always had a blast! Playing trivia, watching movies, cooking meals. I remember always getting butterflies (and I still do) whenever Ray was/is around. Fast forward to 3 years later, on July 1st, 2022, Ray and I were walking to dinner in Charleston, SC. Ray was drinking a bottle of water, put the water on a window sill & said, Now's a good time as any! I was so confused by what he meant and next thing I know he is down on one knee asking me to marry him! I was in shock and had no idea a proposal was coming! I just grabbed him and hugged him without even looking at the ring. Finally, Ray asked, do you want to put the ring on? hahahaha! Of course I put it on, no hesitations!

I am the happiest I have ever been and am thrilled you all will be there to celebrate our union in the very place we fell in love and got engaged!
