Think elevated business casual. Ladies: Cocktail dress, chic flats or heels, jumpsuits, bold or neutral prints. Gentlemen: Dress shirt (tie optional), blazer, dress slacks (no jeans), classic leather shoes (no sneakers). Bold or neutral colors. Keep in mind, end of August in Charleston will most likely be hot so please dress accordingly!

Preferably 5:30pm the latest would be a great time to arrive. You can mingle with guests, take in the beautiful chapel and make yourself comfortable before the ceremony begins.

The ceremony should begin promptly at 6:00pm. I am not the type to keep our guests waiting to have a grand entrance. We are here to celebrate our marriage and have a great time!

Please have your phone off or silenced. I will discuss with Ray if pictures from phones are allowed during the ceremony. Sadly, no pets in or around the Summerall Chapel as well as the reception. (If I could change that rule, I would). No smoking, vaping or alcohol is allowed at the ceremony venue.

Ray & I like to keep things simple. The Historic Rice Mill reception venue is less than 10 minutes from the Summerall Chapel. Parking at the venue will be provided for all of our guests. We will post directions soon.
