Scott and I met at Del Oro High School in 2007, both very young freshmen and still trying to figure out life. We spent two years getting to know each other, then in the autumn of 2010 Scott made the big move and asked me to the homecoming dance; obviously I said yes. On the homecoming dance night Scott made the first move and asked me to be his girlfriend, and the rest is history.

After graduation in 2011 Scott went to study photography while I went to study performing arts. We were able to make time for each other here and there in the middle of our busy schedules. Many dates, memories, and years passed by as each year our love grew.

Scott proposed to me in the autumn of 2023 at a fancy restaurant in Folsom, CA. It had been his plan since that summer, and both Scott’s and Stephanie’s parents were able to keep it from her. Needless to say, she said yes (again)!
