Steph and Billy first met at a Halloween party on October 29th, 2017. Steph remembers seeing Billy talking to some friends on the porch and wondering, "Is that guy dressed as Marty McFly?" Steph approached Billy to make a snarky comment about his costume and the two of them started talking. Steph remembers being charmed by Billy's sense of humor and great hair, while Billy remembers thinking that Steph was the most interesting woman he had ever met. After some flirty banter, numbers were exchanged and Billy and Steph had their first date a few days later (For the record, Billy was dressed as his character namesake - Will Byers from Stranger Things and definitely NOT Marty McFly.) The two of them have been inseparable ever since.

Two years later, Billy pulled off an epic surprise proposal - and Steph said yes! Since then, Steph and Billy have re-located to Mozambique for Steph's job. 2020 has been a tough year for most people and we are so excited to get married in front of all of our family and friends in September 2021!
