Please have all RSVPs submitted by July 31st. We are required to submit a final headcount to the venue 30-days before the event. Unfortunately, we will not be able to alter the list once submitted.

Due to limited spacing, we ask this be an adult only event. Only children of immediate family are permitted. We are happy to recommend reputable babysitters in the local area if you choose to include them in your travel. Thank you for understanding.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!

Please no jeans or denim, flip flops, white/beige/ivory/champagne attire, etc. - Weather permitted, the ceremony will be hosted on grass, so we recommend a block heel or flat.

Yes! There will be shuttles to transport guests from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Southend, listed on our website. Shuttle will depart at 2:25pm & begin transporting back from the venue around 10pm.

Yes! If you choose to drive, there is ample room for vehicles. Please be advised vehicles are not permitted to be left on property over night and need to be removed by the conclusion of the event.

For those driving, please be VERY cautious of which location you select on Google maps, Waze, or Apple maps. Confirm the address you have routed to is 1414 Metcalf Rd, Shelby, NC 28150 (Spinning Leaf at the Vineyard).

Please arrive at the venue around 3:45 PM. If you plan on driving to the venue, please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Once the ceremony starts we will not permit any arrivals/attendees until after the conclusion of the ceremony to limit distractions. Pre-arranged shuttles will drop off guests around 3:45pm.

Temperatures in mid-September range from 67-85. We advice bringing an additional sweater/shaw for drops in temperature during the reception.

We hear rain is good luck on your wedding day and we are ready to run with it! In the event of inclement weather, this venue has indoor space available.

We hate to hear you will be unable to attend and your presence will be missed. In the event you become aware you are unable to attend, please contact Jeremy or Stephanie directly so we make adjustments with the venue as needed.

We have a hotel blocked booked in Charlotte at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Direct booking links can be found in the 'Travel' tab of our website.

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 2852 Dorchester Place, Charlotte NC 28209. A wedding gift table with card box will be at our reception as well. Please sign your name so we know who to thank!
