The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be under an all-weather tent.

Our dress code is formal. Suits, tuxes, gowns and cocktail dresses are welcome. The ceremony will be on grass. Please choose your footwear accordingly. If you are wearing heels, I would recommend a block heel or bringing heel stoppers.

Yes! We have room blocks at two hotels: Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester (primary room block where the bride and groom are staying) and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia West Chester/Exton (secondary/run over room block). Links to our room blocks are located on the Travel page. Our shuttle to the venue will only be picking up at the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttle will arrive at 3:45pm and leave promptly at 4:00pm. If you are staying at the SpringHill Suites, please plan to walk over to the Hilton Garden Inn (right across the street) for the shuttle.

Yes! There is a large parking lot onsite. There are also handicapped spaces available with access to the sidewalk.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Yes! The after party will be at the Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester. The hotel bar will remain open and food will be provided. No outside alcohol is allowed until the bar closes.
