The Iowa Gold Star Military Museum honors the heroic service of all Iowa veterans, as we collect, preserve and exhibit materials illustrating the story of Iowa’s military past, from statehood to the present. Our mission is to honor and depict the military experiences of Iowa citizens in all wars, homeland defense and service to the state.

Smash room, also known rage or anger room, is a room designed to vent anger and destroy items within the room. Clients can break items by throwing them against hard surfaces or destroy items by smashing them with tools. These tools include sledge hammers, baseball bats, or crow bars.

Smash rooms consists of windshields, printers, keyboards, and bottles.

Rage rooms have been clinically proven to reduce stress and help reduce anger- it’s that simple.

We require closed toed shoes (no flip flops or crocks)
