For your convenience, we will be providing a party bus

to drive you to the ceremony and reception!

PICKUP LOCATION FOR PARTY BUS:

Please meet at Binion's Gabling Hall casino entrance for party bus pick up no later than 12:15pm. The party bus will arrive at 12:00pm, guests will board at 12:15 and the bus will depart at 12:30pm.

Parking: Free for banquet guests. Stickers will be with bartender and all food servers at reception.

ARRIVAL TO CEREMONY VENUE:

Guests will arrive to ceremony site at 1:45pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm and last until 2:15pm.

DEPARTURE FROM VENUE AND ARRIVAL TO RECEPTION:

Guests (and bride and groom) will then start boarding the party bus at 3:00pm. The party bus will depart from the ceremony site at 3:30pm. Arrival to the reception will be approximately 4:45pm. Reception will begin at 5:00pm.

As much as we would love for you to party it up with us on the party bus, you have the option of driving yourself. For self drivers, there will be entrance fees to enter into Valley of Fire State Park.

ENTRANCE FEES:

$10.00 for NV Vehicles

$15.00 For Non-NV Vehicles

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The party bus will be supplied with water, soda and alcohol. However, no food may be allowed on the party bus. We highly suggest that you eat prior to the arrival to the start of our wedding day! Once the party bus picks you up at 12:00pm, food will not be available again until the reception at 5:00pm. You may sneak food in your purse, however, just do not let the bus driver see it.
