Traveling from the US to Kefalonia will require at least two flights.

First, a flight from the US to Europe.

Second, a flight to Kefalonia International Airport (EFL).

There are several major European cities with non-stop flights direct to EFL - the most common being Athens, London, Rome, Paris & Amsterdam.

We recommend that our guests plan accommodations in Lassi, Argostoli.

Lassi is a beachfront village with a variety of accommodation options including hotels, resorts, villas and Airbnb's.

Lassi is home to many walkable bars, restaurants, activities and amenities. It's located less than ten minutes from the airport and the island's capital, Argostoli. There are several taxis in the area, making this is an ideal village if you choose not to rent a car.

We will provide organized transportation to the wedding events, which will be based out of Lassi.

For both the wedding day and beach party, we will be organizing transportation from various pick-up locations for those of you staying local to Lassi & Argostoli. These areas are very walkable and have taxis, so a rental car isn't a necessity.

If you choose to stay in more remote parts of the island you may want to rent a car, as taxis are not the quickest or most reliable way to get around Kefalonia.

Please keep in mind, most cars offered are manual so be sure to reserve an automatic car if you can't drive stick!
