Traditional Gujarati wedding songs are sung, guests enjoy live performances, and tapping their feet to garba and dandiya. Don’t Worry, we will have many talented Gujaratis to teach you the dance flow at the event!
The arrival of the grooms and their parties to the ceremony site, called the baraat, is celebrated prior to the ceremony. Each of the grooms' guests join him on his processional entry. Think of it as a mini-parade filled with music, dancing, and explosions of color prior to the wedding ceremony!
Many elements of the Indian wedding ceremony have passed down for thousands of years. The ceremony consists of a series of rites and rituals to promote mutual understanding, the sharing of values such as selfless love, kindness, compassion, fidelity, and mutual respect.
If you thought one ceremony was enough, you'd be mistaken. To intertwine both grooms' cultural backgrounds, a Western or ‘American Ceremony' will be hosted. In this short, hour-long ceremony, vows will be said & tears will be shed.
Prior to the Wedding Reception, enjoy light hors d'oeuvres, drinks, cocktails, and time to mingle with fellow wedding goers.
The real party starts here! Enjoy a celebration which includes speeches, dance performances, and dinner. What follows will be hours of endless dancing, including Western and Bollywood songs!
