The wedding ceremony and reception are both hosted at the Black Canyon Inn.

If you want to be close to the action and not have to worry about driving we highly encourage staying here! On property, they have a mix of 26 condos (1bd, 2bd and 3bd) and 14 hotel suites that can be reserved. These units are individually owned, VRBO style, and are booked on a first come first reserve basis and availability can be found on their website: www.blackcanyoninn.com Guests are able to book directly online or by calling the lodging office at 970-586-8113. They are not able to offer room blocks or discounted group rates onsite unfortunately.

Check in: Check in is at 4:00 p.m. for all condo and cabin rentals at Black Canyon Inn. Please request early check in if you are arriving day of, they not able to guarantee early check in but can accommodate. Best to arrive early!

If you will be arriving after the management office is closed for the evening, please contact them for the simple after-hours check in option which will allow you to get settled comfortably into your rental as soon as you arrive into town.

Departure Time: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please drop your keys by the front office before your departure. If you depart prior to the office opening, there is a drop box located just outside of the office door.
