Yes! The wedding venue is entirely ADA accessible. Staff will be on hand to lead you back to the ceremony and reception areas and will be happy to show you to the elevator down to the ceremony space. The rehearsal dinner will be held at Spirit Lodge. At present, this space has one short flight of stairs up to the dinner space. Spirit is in the process of installing an elevator that will allow guests to bypass the stairs, but it may not be done before our event. If it is, instructions on how to access that elevator will be added to the Details page of this website.

Please let us know about your dietary restriction online when you RSVP. There will be a specialty meal for you the night of the wedding to make sure everyone can celebrate together. We'll also accommodate all dietary restrictions during the rehearsal dinner :)

Yes - there will be an open bar at both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception. There will also be plentiful non-alcoholic beverages.

During the wedding reception, you'll have full access to wander the rainforest room of the botanical garden and the spacious outdoor deck area. We'll also have access to a small private room with some furniture and an attached single stall bathroom - find anyone in the wedding party and they'll happily show you where to go.

Absolutely! We invited all the kids (that we know about), so they should be available to RSVP with your party. When you RSVP, please RSVP for your kids as well and let us know how many kids meals you would like us to provide for your group and what your kids food preferences are if they have strong food opinions :)

Yes - there are a limited number of accessible parking spots on site, very close to the ceremony area. Please reach out to Slyme (sb20955@gmail.com) for instructions on how to access these spots.

We invite all guests to join us for our rehearsal dinner at Spirit Lodge on Saturday, July 26th from 6- 10 pm. Please RSVP for this dinner when you RSVP for the wedding!

Our wedding is RSVP only - we tried to include everyone's families and partners on our invitations. Please reach out to Sunshine or Slyme if you have a plus one you would really love to come or if we forgot somebody!

The ceremony will start at 6pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to find your seat. There will be staff on hand at the Botanical Gardens to escort you to the ceremony when you arrive.

We recommend festive attire. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors (so be prepared for warm weather!), but all surfaces will be paved and ADA accessible.

The suggested hotel is a 16 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens. There is some on-site parking, but we recommend carpooling, walking, or taking a rideshare to make sure there's space for everyone. For those with mobility limitations, there is a limited amount of accessible parking at the venue right by the ceremony area - please reach out if you'd like information on how to access these spaces.
