The dress code for the wedding and reception is semi-formal. We ask that you dress appropriately for the wedding Mass especially.

We ask that you kindly refrain from taking photos or videos during the wedding, as we will have our own photographer capturing these moments for us! We want you to be able to enjoy the moments without being concerned about capturing them!

Only baptized Catholics who have received their first communion, are practicing the faith, and are not aware of having committed mortal (serious) sins since their last confession may receive the Eucharist. If you are not going to receive, please remain in your seat and pray for and with the couple.

We will have the underground parking ramp on May's Island Ramp for guests to use at the reception. The address is 2nd Ave Bridge in Cedar Rapids.

The doors will open at 4:30pm for the cocktail hour. The venue will also have several museum exhibits to view as well (children must be accompanied by adults), along with a photo booth.

We will have a gluten free pasta option at dinner, please let us know if you need that accommodation!

Yes, unfortunately, I (Susan) can't type a word that I've known how to spell for many years. In fact there were three different people who spell checked the invitation who can spell, so an unfortunate error it will remain. If it bothers you, just know it's bothering me too!
