A Seattle must-see! We recommend our guests enjoy a stroll through the famous Pike Market! Overlooking the Elliott Bay waterfront on Puget Sound, it serves as a place of business for many small farmers, craftspeople, merchants, and Sydney's favorite place to buy a bouquet of flowers and pretend she is in Sleepless in Seattle.

Have some of the best West Coast oysters paired with a champagne or local WA white wine at Elliot's! Located right on the waterfront at Pier 56, you can stroll the waterfront after lunch and watch the boats and ferries come in. Sydney suggests ordering a glass of Tattinger champagne with the half dozen oysters.

Founders Club

Have a cocktail inside the speakeasy! Located inside our wedding venue, The Fairmont Olympic Hotel, behind the bookshelves you'll find a cozy, upscale spot for aged bourbons, French champagnes, and fantastic bartenders. Sydney and Bryan recommend asking the bartender to surprise you versus ordering off the menu!
