The shuttles are provided for your convenience as the wedding venue is in a remote area and Ubering in and out of the venue is extremely difficult.
Where is the shuttle picking guests up on the wedding day?
For those staying in the Nashville area, the shuttles will be at Belmont University at 3:45pm and leaving promptly at 4:00pm. For those staying in Franklin, there will be a shuttle in front of the Harpeth Hotel at 4:00pm and leaving promptly at 4:15pm. Please be on time so you don't miss the shuttles!
The shuttle coming from the Harpeth will return you to the hotel after the reception. The shuttle coming from Nashville will drop you back off at Belmont.
Is there a room block?
We have a room block and will be staying at the Harpeth Hotel in Franklin. Reservations are first come first serve at a discounted rate. Please see "travel" tab for more information.
What day should I fly in?
We want to make sure you can get to the hotel and get settled without feeling rushed for the Welcome Party on Friday (if you plan on attending), so we recommend flying in Thursday. Especially if you are flying in from the West Coast, there are only a couple direct flights to Nashville International Airport (BNA) out of Long Beach, LAX, and San Diego.
What are the Bride and Grooms favorite restaurants?
Edley's BBQ is Michael's favorite restaurant and Barcelona is Syd's! Some other places they love are Bartaco, Hampton Social, Sixty Vines, Smiling Elephant, Kayne Prime, Culaccinos (Franklin), Bricktop's (Franklin), Kokomos (Franklin) and Public House (Franklin).
Where should we go on Broadway?!
Kid Rocks is our favorite bar on Broadway with the BEST live music on the first floor!! Some others we love are the Stage, Whiskey Row, FGL House, Honky Tonk Central, or Casa Rosa
What is formal attire?
Ladies - dress and heels is perfect. Floor length dresses are optional.
Gentlemen - please wear a suit with dress pants (tie optional).
What is the weather like in May?
It should start getting warm again this time of year, but it won't be super humid yet. Bring a light jacket if you tend to get cold at night but plan for comfortable weather.

Nashville - grab a drink at a rooftop bar (LA Jackson, The W, Virgin Hotel, White Limozeen), axe throwing, Pins Mechanical, 12 South for shopping and coffee.
Franklin - shop around Main Street, Arrington Vineyards for wine tasting, and visit the Carter House Civil War tours.
