Nashville is a highly sought after destination spot and hotels may book out fast! We kindly ask that you make your travel arrangements as soon as possible. There are lots of hotels around downtown to choose from (below are our favorites). There will also be a room block at the Harpeth Hotel in Franklin (see below for details). We can't wait to celebrate with you!

If you are planning to take advantage of the room block, we suggest securing your reservation as soon as you're able to. The rates and rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. We recommend coming in on Thursday! If you're flying in early, join us for a casual, fun night in Downtown Nashville to kick off the weekend! Syd and Michael will start at 12/30 Club rooftop on Broadway at 6:30pm and would love for you to experience a fun Nashville evening!

Friday

There will be a welcome party following the rehearsal dinner in Franklin open to all guests attending the wedding. Please help us toast to the night before!

WEDDING DAY!!Please arrive early to the shuttle pick up spot so you don't have to Uber there (see Q + A for details on shuttles).The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm with a cocktail hour and reception to follow. We can't wait to celebrate with our favorite people!
