ARE KIDS WELCOME AND INVITED?
No, while we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony & reception will be adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home, so you can celebrate with us!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible, but due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. Please follow to whom your invitation is formally addressed. Thank you for your understanding.
PARKING?
The venue offers a covered parking garage in the building for a flat rate of $5. However, there are many other public parking lots & street parking available.
HOW FAR IS THE RECEPTION FROM THE CEREMONY?
Walking distance. In fact, the reception is in the building right next door to the ceremony.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Obviously? Please come prepared to celebrate with us with a full service open bar!
HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?
We have hotel room blocks at two hotels. Both hotels offer special rates for Friday and/or Saturday night. Please check the "Travel" tab for additional information.
WILL THE CEREMONY BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
Outdoor, weather permitting. If there is a chance of bad weather we have a backup plan.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Please be in your seat no later than 5:15PM!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Formal attire is requested and strongly encouraged! We can’t wait to dance the night away with y'all, so dress to impress in your best formal (dancing) attire.
Women: cocktail/formal dress &
Men: suit and tie
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH AN INFORMAL DINNER AT OUR REEPTION?
Our Wedding Reception Dinner will have no assigned seats, seating charts, or a set dinner time!
Please join us after the ceremony for heavy passed hors d'oeuvres while mingling with guests (and even the bride & groom) during cocktail hour. Followed by two "come and go as you please" dinner entree stations as the band kicks off the dancing.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS DURING THE WEDDING?
We request that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony concludes. We have two experienced photographers and videographers capturing our day. We ask you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged (NO PHONES) ceremony.
DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?
