We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible after receiving the formal invitation. However, our formal RSVP deadline is May 1, 2026.

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As our list was carefully curated to fit our space and vision for the day, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. But accidents happen, so if we forgot to include someone essential on your invitation, please let us know ASAP.

Aside from the kids that are apart of our wedding party, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only, so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us.

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie optional. Think formal, floor-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, suit and tie, button-up shirts, slacks. No jeans please.

All event times are in EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Our ceremony will begin at 2:00 PM EST at Fountain Street Church in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 PM EST at the JW Marriott also in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. Reception to follow.

Of course! We are so excited to kick off the wedding weekend with our guests who decide to arrive in Grand Rapids, MI on Friday June 19th, 2026. The Welcome Party will be held at The Atrium at Uccello's in downtown Grand Rapids, MI from 7:00-9:00 PM EST. It is open to all guests. Dress code for the Welcome Party is cocktail attire. We will have food and drinks!

Overnight guests of the JW Marriott or the Amway Grand Plaza can park in the adjacent parking ramp of the respective hotel at the current parking rates at time of check-in. Current parking rates are $41.00 per night for self-parking and $45.00 per night for valet parking. These fees are subject to change without prior notice. Overnight parking does have unlimited in and out privileges, however parking in the hotel ramps is not guaranteed. SpotHero is also a great option when looking for parking around the area.

Yes! We want to make transportation between the hotels and the ceremony venue as easy as possible, so we have reserved a shuttle for our guests. The shuttle will pick guests up in the circle drive of the JW Marriott from 1:00-1:45 PM EST to bring guests to the church for the wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, the shuttle will drop guests back off at the JW Marriott between 3:00-3:45 PM EST. The shuttle is free for our guests. The church is in very close proximity to the hotels, so guests are also welcome to walk or park near the church if they prefer, but a shuttle is available as an option.

If you'd like to receive our group hotel rate, you will need to reserve your room by Friday, May 22nd, 2026. You can still book hotel rooms after this date if they are available, you just won't receive the discounted, hotel block rate.
