We suggest you find a group or settle in for the night with your significant other at a VRBO or AirBNB in Okoboji. It is about 20 minutes from the ceremony/reception and a close walk to any late night activities. Please refer to the travel tab for more information.

The ranch starts with a long gravel road before entering the ceremony and reception area. We kindly ask that you park in a line on both sides of the gravel, facing toward the corn fields. If parking becomes full, please look to park on the street. Our ushers will do their best to shuttle you to the ceremony!

We are happy to be providing an entree, main course and late night snack from a local business - Back Alley BBQ. Please enjoy an endless assort of drinks with pre-mixed cocktails, soda or "pop", buckets of canned beer and seltzers, along with wine to quench your thirst all night long.

The weather in June is gorgeous! You can expect weather between 75-90 degrees with a slight breeze. Please do not bring any umbrellas as they might get in the way of camera shots. We will provide fans for you to keep you nice and cool during the ceremony!

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will also take place outside, though we’ll be covered with a tent for the celebration.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time (3:00-3:30 pm).

We’d be delighted for your children to attend! Each RSVP card will specify how many seats have been reserved for your household, which will also apply to plus-ones.

We will have food options available for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other special diets. Additionally, there will be a notes section on the RSVP for you to mention any other dietary restrictions.
