Our story began in high school in November of 2017. We continued dating throughout college at Georgia Southern University—go Eagles! From Braves games to just about any sporting event, we love cheering on our favorite teams together.

On February 21st, 2025, while Sydney was visiting James in Savannah for the weekend, James stopped on the way to dinner in Lafayette Square. There, he got down on one knee and proposed. Sydney, of course, said yes, marking the beginning of the next chapter in our lives.

Now, we’re beyond excited to say “I do” and continue building a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!

A Fun Fact About Us

We were actually born just one day apart in the same hospital in October of 2000. Our parents like to joke that we’ve known each other all our lives, even before we met in high school.
