A: We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to find parking and grab a seat!

A: Yes! Both ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue!

There are 2 parking lots for the venue, both will be marked. There is also street parking availble anywhere near the venue.

We’ve chosen to have an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask our guests to turn off and put away all phones, cameras, and devices during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment with us, and we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture it all. After the ceremony, feel free to take and share as many photos as you’d like at the reception!

A: Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

A: We love your little ones! However, to allow all guests (including parents!) to relax and enjoy the evening, we are only including the children of immediate family—our nieces, nephews, and first cousins. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

A: We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Courtyard Gainesville. You can find booking info under the travel tab on this website. But feel free to book at other hotels in the area!
