Yes, be ready to party accordingly and please have a responsible driver. Signal at the ceremony site is not very reliable so do not plan on calling someone there.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people you named on your invitation. The number of seats we have reserved for you will be on your invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on the invite.

We are requesting semi-formal attire. We would love for you to be dressed up with us! Examples include sundresses, maxi and midi dresses, button down shirts and long pants and suits. Please avoid wearing jeans. Please text us if you have any questions!

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the venue.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be in the same area. Assuming the weather is good, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors in an air conditioned building.

The ceremony is starting at 3:00. We ask that guests start arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins and no later than 15 minutes before it begins.

Yes! There is an afterparty at our family's river land about 20 minutes from the reception. You are more than welcome to bring a tent or camper and stay the night there. If you plan on staying at the river, please let Beverley Nelson know by texting 540-908-8793.
