Some love stories begin with perfect timing… ours began with being 30 minutes late.To be fair, I genuinely thought we were meeting at 7:30pm. He, however, correctly remembered that we said 7:00pm. So while he patiently waited outside the bar, I was casually living my life thinking I was perfectly on time.When I finally arrived and realized my mistake, I was mortified and apologized about a hundred times. What he didn’t know yet was that this was not a one-time accident - being late is simply one of my personality traits. Thankfully, he’s very patient (sometimes hahaha) and sometimes I'm on time too haha.What started with a funny misunderstanding turned into the best relationship either of us could have imagined. Somewhere between all the conversations, laughs, everyday moments, and growing together through life, we became best friends, partners, and each other’s home.Then came the proposal - and somehow he managed to completely surprise me.During a vacation together, he rented a boat and took us to a small island where we spent the entire day together, just the two of us. He had secretly planned every detail, including a tripod for pictures and convincing me to bring a nice dress for our “Christmas photos” at sunset.As the sun was setting at the end of the day, on the most beautiful little island, he asked me to marry him. And of course, I said yes.Now we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by all the people we love most...

✈️ Travel Information Our wedding will take place at South Hill Spokane, which is easily accessible by car and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. The nearest airport is "Spokane International Airport" (GEG), located approximately 25 minutes away from the venue. For guests traveling from out of town, there are several hotel and Airbnb options available in the area. We recommend staying in Spokane City (South Hill, Downtown or Valley) for convenience and easy access to the venue, but feel free to choose whatever accommodation best fits your stay. We kindly suggest booking accommodations in advance, as availability may be limited depending on the season.Parking will be available at the venue for those who prefer to drive.

If you’re staying for a little longer, the area has a mix of great restaurants, coffee spots, and local attractions to explore. Whether you’re in the mood to relax, explore, or just enjoy a slow weekend, there are plenty of options nearby to make your stay enjoyable. We’ll share a few suggestions closer to the wedding for anyone looking for ideas — but we also fully support doing absolutely nothing and just enjoying the celebration with us.
