Our sincerest apologies, but due to space and safety concerns, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. It's date night for mom & dad!

We're sorry, but due to venue capacity, I’m afraid we can’t justify plus ones. Invitations will have the names of the person or parties accounted for on the guest list. Thank you for understanding!

Unfortunately, you will not be accounted for in the wedding plan. You will be missed & we can celebrate together after the honeymoon!

The ceremony is outside on turf grass. Cocktail hour will be outside on a patio. The reception is inside! There are indoor options for any inclement weather.

The Forum uses a valet parking service to allow a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests. The event rate for valet services is $14 per vehicle for 8 hours or $26 for overnight. There are various parking options around North Grounds, all monitored by the park mobile app. Please note, the hotel has no affiliation with these options or the payment collection. - Many of these lots and garages (including the D10 Darden Garage located through The Forum gardens) do not require payment after 5:00 PM.

We know we're getting married during football season - please note, we scheduled our wedding date before we knew any college or NFL 2026 schedules. But don't fret! There's a sports bar in the lobby (The Good Sport) & TVs in every hotel room. Otherwise, all we ask is that you refrain from using your phones during the ceremony.

Please see the registry tab for more information. There will be a gift table at the wedding, or feel free to mail it directly to the couple. Cash is also a great option - the registry has money funds available for donations. Gifts are not required! We're just happy to have you celebrate with us!
