Our Wedding

Katelynn was a sophomore, and Taner a junior. at Bethany College. Over the next few years, they grew closer through late-night parties, soccer games, and the ups and downs of college life.In April 2020, they made the move to Kansas City, where they began their next adventure together. It was there they brought home Delilah Kaye in February 2024, who quickly became the heart of their little family..On December 20, 2024, Taner proposed at their home with just Katelynn and Delilah, and Katelynn said yes, marking the beginning of their next chapter as a couple.They’re excited to continue this beautiful journey together, with love, laughter, and a lifetime of memories ahead.

Tax InformationAll rates are subject to the prevailing city and state taxes. Current taxes are 19%.&nbsp;Proper documentation establishing tax exempt status varies state to state and must be provided to hotel staff upon check in.

The Dröm Sött Inn is over 100 years old. Originally built in 1920, the building served as the Lindsborg Seed &amp; Implement Store until it was converted into a Studebaker car &amp; Banner buggy dealership. In the 1930s, the building was transformed into Lindsborg’s first luxury hotel named Hotel Carlton, and was equipped with a first-floor coffee shop, barber shop, pool hall, and a dental office. The Inn was later sold to Bethany College as an off-campus men’s dormitory!

The Stuga 

Coronado Heights is the southern-most bluff in a series of seven, known as the Smoky Hills. The hill is located northwest of Lindsborg. It is believed that Francisco Vasquez de Coronado and his men viewed the prairie from this lookout point 300 feet above the valley floor. Chain mail from Spanish armor was found in the area by Bethany college professor J.A. Udden in 1915. Others have found Spanish coins, a bridle, and lead bars in the valley. The perfect opportunity for a picnic, flying kites, hiking or riding the off-road bike trails. Do not forget your camera! It is a favorite of photographers and artists alike. At the intersection of Main and Lincoln downtown Lindsborg head west on Lincoln. Turn north or right onto Coronado Ave / 13th Ave and go 2 miles. Turn west or left onto Coronado Heights Rd and drive 1 mile to the opening to Coronado Heights. Follow the road to the top.

As you explore downtown Lindsborg, come visit the coffeehouse not only for an amazing, crafted drink but also for the historical location. In our restored blacksmith shop you'll find an antique lumber wagon converted into an elegant espresso bar, a detailed history of the building on the south wall, the old forge, anvil, gorgeous brick, and in the floor you can see where wagon wheels were completed by a blacksmith. Our baristas are knowledgeable about the area and would love to point you to a couple of their favorite locals or just hear about your travels.
