The Westin is our primary hotel recommendation. This hotel is located in downtown Bellevue and is walking distance to shopping areas (Bellevue Square) and restaurants (Old Town on Main St). It is conveniently located near the mid-point between our home, where we will host the welcome reception Friday evening, and JM Cellars, where we will host the wedding on Saturday evening. If traveling by car (e.g. Uber or taxi) please allow 10 to 15 minutes to reach our home, and 15 to 20 minutes to reach the wedding venue.
Ground transportation
Most of you are flying in for the wedding and will need to select either a rental car, Uber, or horse-drawn carriage for ground transportation. For those staying at one of the hotels in downtown Bellevue, you can expect the drive to/from the
airport to be 20 to 30 minutes. (Horse-drawn carriage approximately 3 hours). Once at the hotel, you will find that most anything you need will be within walking distance.
We highly recommend that you consider taking an Uber to/from both the welcome reception on Friday evening and the wedding on Saturday evening. Our home, where we will host the welcome reception (please remember to rsvp online for this event), is
located at the end of a small private lane with limited room for guest parking. The wedding venue also has limited parking available on site so we have arranged for complimentary, but required, valet parking. In addition, we expect
you might want to enjoy a glass of wine (or a "few"!) given the wedding is at a winery, so stay safe and let Uber get you home.

Willows Lodge is located very near the wedding venue in Woodinville. This is a good option for those planning to arrive in Washington later in the day on Saturday, and who therefore will not be attending the welcome
reception on Friday evening. Please note that all hotels in the Woodinville area, of which there are very few, tend to book up well in advance for Holiday weekends such as this one. If you plan to stay in Woodinville please
book immediately.
