Will transportation be provided to the venue from the hotel?
Yes! We will have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to our wedding venue and then back at the end of the night.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is! However, the parking lot is on the smaller side and will be shared with the normal operations of the Woodcrest Country Club, so we recommend car pooling or using a car service if you are not utilizing the hotel shuttle. You are permitted (if needed) to leave vehicles in the lot overnight.
When is the RSVP deadline?
March 1st 2024!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, our cocktail hour will be outside on a covered patio while our ceremony will be in an open air atrium. The reception will be indoors.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Is there an after-party?
Absolutely! And the good news is that you will not need to go far. The after party will be at the bar located in Woodcrest Country Club. The shuttle will run from the afterparty back to the hotel at the end of the night.
