Hotel Accommodations

We have 2 separate hotel blocks for guests. Both hotels are in the same parking lot of each other and are 15-20 minutes from the venue.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites allows guests to choose to either stay both Friday and Saturday night or just Saturday night. The rate for the room will not change. The Homewood Suites does NOT offer this flexibility. You will need to stay both Friday and Saturday night to receive the discounted rate.

The last day to book a room using the block discount is September 2nd for Homewood Suites and September 4th for Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Guests are responsible for transportation to and from the venue. The venue DOES ALLOW guests to leave their cars overnight to ensure that everyone gets home safely.
