You are more than welcome to walk the grounds, or relax inside the house of the venue’s living area on the first floor. The venue also has a fully stocked pond that you can fish.

No phones during the ceremony please! It is very important to the bride that everyone be fully engaged in the ceremony to really make that time special. There will be a professional photographer present the entire ceremony and will take care of the pictures. You can take all the pictures you want during the reception. The bride will share pictures of the ceremony once she gets all the edits from the photographer.

Yes, there will be a golf cart to assist in the parking lot if needed, and also to help go down the trail leading to the outside chapel for ceremony.

Yes, we will have assigned seating for everyone.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be at the venue’s outdoor chapel. Cocktail hour and reception will take place inside the venue on its first floor, and also on the wraparound covered deck outside. Seating for dining will be on the deck. The first floor inside the venue also has comfortable furniture to hangout on. If it is cooler outside, the deck has heaters hanging from the ceiling to keep everyone warm. There are also a few fire pits that we plan on having lit for people to hang out around.

We will have catering provided by Urban Crust. During cocktail hour while bridal party pictures and family pictures are being taken, there will be a few finger food options to snack on. For the main course there will be four different kinds of pizzas cooked on-site and some salad. If pizza isn’t your style, there will be some other bites to pick from.

Yes, we will have beer and wine.

There will be two cakes. The wedding cake will be a three tiers each having a different flavor: bottom layer is vanilla raspberry, middle layer is German chocolate, and top layer will be chocolate raspberry. The grooms cake will be a two tier snickerdoodle Nothing Bundt Cake.

The best tucked away area is the grooms suite. It has a small living room area with a bedroom attached to it. There is a TV where you can play movies as well.

There will be a DJ to help the party get going and flow. Tara loves to dance! You cannot request songs during the reception, but you can send a song that you would love to hear at the wedding to the bride and groom in advance. They will be working on a list of must hear songs in the months leading up to the wedding date.
