Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Birchwood Meadow in Swanton Ohio. We are so excited to share our special day with all of you.

Please RSVP by mail or through our website no later than July 8th. It is important that we notify our venue and other vendors of our total headcount. If you haven’t responded past July 9th we will assume you are unable to attend.

We plan on having the ceremony outside by the beautiful fountain (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be held both in and outdoors, as Birchwood Meadow has a beautiful patio that overlooks their property. The patio will be accessible throughout the duration of the evening for photos, breathers, mingling, etc.

We would love for all of our family and friends, to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an “unplugged” ceremony. We asked that our guest silence/turn off all their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during our ceremony. Our professional photographer will take care of the photo coverage. You’re more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!

We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening celebrating with our closest friends and family.

We'd love to see our friends and families dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans, t-shirts or flip flops.

There is parking availible on site at our venue. However, if you are staying at the hotel (and we have enough guests), we have a shuttle that will help transport you to and from. All cars must be gone from the premises by 11:00pm.

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for around an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers.

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests refrain from brining kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation.

Birchwood allows the couple to provide alcohol served by licensed bar tenders. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted at or in the venue. Birchwood also has a NO DRUGS policy anywhere on their property.
