While we love children, we have decided to have a "adult-only" ceremony and reception. We are defining "adult-only" as 15+ years old. We hope this decision will allow everyone to fully enjoy the festivities and let loose on the dance floor! ..................................................................................................... However, we also understand that childcare can be a concern for some, especially considering many people are making this destination wedding trip into a family vacation! We do not want you to have to leave your children behind, and we are excited for them to experience the beautiful culture here in Ecuador. We have arranged for a designated area (on-site) with bilingual babysitters, games, movies, and other fun activities for children 14 and younger! We want to ensure that everyone feels included and that parents have peace of mind while they celebrate with us. So though the children will not be allowed at the ceremony or reception, they will be having a celebration of their own! Please let us know if you plan to bring children, as we will make sure that they are well taken care of during the festivities! Thank you so much for understanding and respecting our wishes. We envision a gathering adorned with suits (with or without ties), cocktail/midi/long dresses, and stylish pantsuits or jumpsuits. While we do ask that our guests honor the formality of our event by avoiding wearing white and similar colors, we also encourage you to embrace your unique personalities and creativity through your attire. This is a day of joy, love, and self-expression, and we can't wait to see the wonderful outfits you'll choose to wear. We look forward to celebrating with you in style, and we can't wait to see your individuality shine on our special day. Your creative attire will add to the vibrant tapestry of our celebration! Please feel free to choose florals, patterns, and interesting designs that reflect your individual personalities! Our wedding will be an elevated garden theme, and will be utilizing mainly light purples for the bridal party. Though we wouldn't be able to accommodate additional guests at the actual wedding ceremony and reception, you can still bring them on the trip! Feel free to get accommodations for as many people as you would like. They are welcome to attend the other (optional) events, like tours. Though the additional people would not be able to attend the wedding events on 9/21/24, there a a variety of activities they can engage in throughout the city! We would love for you to make this into a vacation, and would encourage you to bring anyone you would like! Just keep in mind that there will not be seats provided at the wedding ceremony/reception.

Absolutely! We have an amazing wedding planner that will be working with us to ensure that our guests will have a smooth experience with accommodations! If you stay at the recommended accommodation options (3 hotel options), transportation to the wedding venue will be provided as well! Yes! We put together a variety of activities that guests are able to join if they are interested in exploring Ecuador. This includes 3 curated private tours (optional). You absolutely do not need to bring a gift! We appreciate you joining us and recognize the significant cost associated with attending a destination wedding. We are just glad that you will be joining us! However, if you would like to give a gift, feel free to check out our gift registry!
