Hotel Block Information
We have secured THREE hotel options for you to choose from during your trip. They each have different price ranges, aesthetics, benefits, and experiences! Though you are welcome to stay at any other hotel locations you'd like, there will be a free shuttle provided for wedding guests to get transported to the wedding venue that will ONLY pick people up from the three hotel locations listed below. If staying elsewhere, you are welcome to come to one of these hotel locations to be picked up by the shuttle. A shuttle schedule will be provided once guests are confirmed.

This location is likely the best choice for families traveling with children, as you are able to have 2 adults and 2 children in some rooms. Having a family of 4 in a single room is not common in Ecuador, so keep that in mind if you are attempting to stay together. This location also features a play area for children!

We have a room block reserved at Eugenia Hotel for September 17, 2024 through September 30, 2024. You can book any length of stay within those days and receive the special group rate group rate. Located in Quito’s main entertainment district, Eugenia Hotel offers rooms with classic decorations in a modern colonial-styled building! It is a more unique option for accommodations!
In order to book with the hotel, you will need to download WhatsApp. We have a direct wedding line that was created for our guests. Through WhatsApp, you will be able to communicate with the hotel to answer any of your questions prior to the reservation being made. They will then send you a special link to book your room once they set up the reservation to your specifications, so that you can pay securely online. Our contact is named Frank! Booking hotels through WhatsApp is extremely common in Ecuador, so please do not be worried by this method! I just stayed at this location personally and it was lovely. To ensure access to our special group rate, please reach out via WhatsApp and do not book through any US based travel sites (which cost much more). As this is a small boutique hotel, it is best to book it sooner rather than later. Please aim to book by mid-August. You may book later than August 15th, however, pricing may change ad room availability may change. As of now, the hotel is sold out on Sept 15th and 16th.

For the best flight options, we suggest using Skyscanner. This website is fantastic for comparing different airlines, finding the best deals, and checking multiple travel dates to suit your schedule. Skyscanner's user-friendly interface allows you to see all available flights at a glance, ensuring you get the best price and the most convenient flight times. Make sure to check the number of layovers and the length to make sure you are comfortable with your flight path!
Best Time to Book: For the best prices, aim to book your flight 2-3 months in advance. Generally, booking mid-week (Tuesday or Wednesday) can offer better deals than weekends.
Flexible Dates: Use Skyscanner’s flexible date search feature to find the cheapest days to fly. Sometimes adjusting your travel dates by a day or two can significantly lower the cost.
Alerts: Set up price alerts on Skyscanner to get notified when flight prices drop.
Travel Documents
Passport: Ensure your passport is up to date and valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Visas: Check if you need a visa to enter Ecuador based on your nationality. Most visitors can enter Ecuador without a visa for stays up to 90 days. (See more info below)
