Taylor and Natalie initially met virtually through a mutual friend in 2016. Taylor was stationed in Oklahoma as a member of our US Army, while Natalie resided in California. Their story began with a swift slide in the dms on Instagram. They traded numbers and began exchanging texts over a period of time. Their undeniable chemistry initially sparked through texts, but the real love story began when Taylor returned to his home state of California. On February 12th, 2017 they finally met in person for the first time. Taylor took Natalie to the Nimbus Overlook where they exchanged their first kiss. Fast forward 5 years, Taylor took Natalie to the very same spot to propose. It was then, overlooking the water of the American River, at the very same place they first met where he got down on one knee and asked Natalie to be his wife.
